What an amazing journey!

The 4 day journey with Astrid was incredible. Every day was different with different practices, e.g. TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Breathwork, with a great concept of gentle starting exercises to a full breathwork session.
Astrid guided through each exercise with demonstrations before and adjustments during the exercises so we knew we were in good hands and did the exercise properly.

I felt very energetic after each session and got great new impulses for my morning routine. I am looking forward to the next journey though, especially because of the nice atmosphere and having professional guidance throughout each session.
